Return & Refund Policy

Puri Peptides (“Puri Peptides,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains when returns and refunds may be accepted and how to request one.
30-Day Return Window
We accept eligible return requests within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.
To qualify for a return, the product must be:
- Unopened
- Unused
- In its original packaging
- Sealed and untampered with
- In the same condition in which you received it
Products that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a return or refund.

Please include your order number and a brief description of the reason for your return.
All returns must be approved by Puri Peptides before being shipped back. We will provide return instructions and, when applicable, the appropriate return shipping information.
Returns sent without prior approval may be refused or returned to the sender.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.
If you receive an item that is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
- Missing from your order
please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and, where appropriate, photographs or other information documenting the issue.
We will review the situation and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or other remedy where applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return:
- Opened or used products
- Products with broken, damaged, or tampered seals
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
Additional products may be excluded from returns where required by law or due to the nature of the product.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct product exchanges.
If you need a different product, you may:
- Contact us to request a return.
- Wait for your return request to be approved.
- Return the eligible product according to our instructions.
- Place a new order for the desired product.
Refunds
After we receive your approved return, we will inspect the product and notify you whether the return has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
We generally process approved refunds within 10 business days.
Your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Return Shipping
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed to by Puri Peptides, customers are responsible for return shipping costs for eligible returns.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise requires resolution due to an error on our part, please contact us before returning the product so we can provide appropriate instructions.
Refused or Ineligible Returns
We reserve the right to refuse a return or refund when the product does not meet the requirements of this policy, subject to applicable law.
Products returned without prior authorization, products that have been opened or used, or products with broken or tampered seals may not be accepted.
