Shipping Policy

All products are shipped for research use only and are handled with care to maintain product integrity during transit.

Processing Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM CDT, Monday through Friday, are generally processed and shipped the same business day.

Orders placed after the cutoff time, on weekends, or on holidays will generally be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail or an equivalent carrier service, depending on the destination and shipping option selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

• United States: 2–3 business days
• International: 4–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs clearance, import requirements, duties, taxes, or other restrictions imposed by the destination country.

Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable laws and regulations in their country before placing an order.

Puri Peptides is not responsible for delays, seizures, or additional charges resulting from customs or import requirements.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided after your order has been shipped.

Tracking availability and updates depend on the carrier and destination.

Carrier Delays

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier’s handling and delivery processes.

Puri Peptides is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, other carriers, customs authorities, weather, natural events, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Once an order has been processed, we may not be able to modify the shipping address.

If you need to correct an address, contact us immediately at puripeptides@gmail.com before your order ships.

Puri Peptides is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

If tracking indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and the delivery location.

You should also contact the applicable carrier and, when appropriate, file a claim with the carrier.

Puri Peptides does not guarantee refunds or replacements for packages that the carrier has confirmed as delivered.

APO and Military Addresses

APO, FPO, and other military shipments may require additional delivery time depending on the destination, military mail processing, and applicable customs procedures.

Holidays and Carrier Closures

Shipping and processing times may be affected by federal holidays, carrier closures, severe weather, and other events.

Any significant service interruptions will be communicated on our website when applicable.

Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our research-use products, returns are limited to products that meet all eligibility requirements described below.

Eligible Returns

A return may be considered only when:

• The product is unopened
• The product is unused
• The product remains in its original sealed packaging
• The return request is submitted within 3 days of delivery
• The return has been approved by Puri Peptides before shipment

RMA — Required for All Returns

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

To request an RMA, email puripeptides@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.

For example, if an order is delivered on Monday, the return request must be submitted by Thursday.

Returns sent without an approved RMA may be refused and returned to the sender.

Return Conditions

Once a return has been approved:

• The product must be shipped back within the timeframe provided with the RMA.
• The product must remain unopened and unused.
• The original packaging and seals must remain intact.
• The customer must package the return appropriately to prevent damage during transit.

All returned products will be inspected before a refund is approved.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law or specifically agreed to by Puri Peptides.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returned products.

Puri Peptides is not responsible for products lost or damaged while being returned to us.

Refunds

If a return is approved, the refund will generally include the eligible product cost only, less:

• Original shipping charges
• A 10% restocking fee

The customer remains responsible for return shipping costs.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

The time required for a refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank, credit card company, or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

• Opened or used products
• Products with broken, damaged, or tampered seals
• Damaged or incomplete original packaging
• Return requests submitted more than 3 days after delivery
• Orders more than 30 days from the purchase date
• Incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer
• Packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier
• Products restricted or prohibited in the customer’s jurisdiction
• Returns sent without an approved RMA
• Products that do not meet the return conditions described in this policy

Compliance Notice

All products are sold for research purposes only.

Customers are responsible for determining whether a product may legally be purchased, received, possessed, or used in their jurisdiction.

Customers are responsible for complying with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations.

Puri Peptides does not provide refunds or accept returns based on regulatory restrictions that apply to the customer or their location.
